PREVENTION SECTOR

For BCPM, this sector is defined in 3 words: Prevention, Coordination, Control.

We provide technical strength:

  • Upstream analysis of any site – ATI, ATM
  • Preparation of the meeting to present the prevention plan
  • Coordination of work with respect for applicable preventive measures
  • Thorough analysis of each job
  • Atmosphere analysis
  • Provision of firefighters on customer request

And we take care of the administrative part with:

  • Drafting of any type of document: preventive, control with work orders, sending of schedules outside the bells, final report.
  • Drafting of prevention plans: general, specific and individuals

Each of our employees has qualifying training:

Scaffolding checker, fire extinguisher pressure checker, atmospheric checker

  • GAS pressure capacities,
  • Lifting gear,
  • Handling means (hoists, forklift, mobile bridge),
  • Aerial Lifts.

The Polynesian MARINE Control Office has three prevention offices made available to Sea Professionals. In the form of an ALGECO, they are located at strategic points:

  • At the entrance to the FLOATING DOCK.
  • At the main access for ships to the repair dock.
  • At the ECHO dock in the Naval Repair Zone

They bring together the ship safety managers and the managers of companies involved in technical shutdowns on the DOCK or technical shutdowns on buildings at the repair or ECHO quays.
They make it possible to perform all the functions relating to risk prevention in accordance with the regulations in force.
